Le N3, committed to local and responsible gastronomy

In order to offer you the best in regional produce, we only serve fish, meat and cheese from the Auvergne. Our fruit and vegetables are also locally-sourced. Here you will find shiitake and oyster mushrooms from the Kinikoo farm, strawberries and asparagus from Châteldon and raspberries from Limagne.

Keenly aware of our environmental impact, our fish is sourced from seasonal and sustainable fisheries. In line with our eco-friendly approach, we also dehydrate our fruit and vegetables to decorate the dining room.
